For academics, teaching and learning is the yin to research's yang, forming a whole of our interest in the education sector. However, unknown to many, professional services staff also operate in both of these areas whilst supporting academic development. This talk will explore what it means to teach outside of traditional academic training, the importance of pedagogy to everyone, and how we can all learn a lot from thinking a little about how we inspire others in our professions.
