This free online workshop will explain the NCIS grant application and award process. It will describe the purposes of the 6 award types, how grant funds are disbursed to awardees, annual limits, and potential tax concerns. We will present a successful funding application and discuss the elements which made it ‘fundable’ over other applications. We will give an overview of general criteria that make applications fundable and what can lead to a failed application. We won’t focus on a particular award but we will discuss the six funding pots and give an overview of their purposes. We will then take questions and do our best to give you support in your own application journey!
